We currently need highly skilled innovators adept at both web application development and partner integration. The projects require solid design fundamentals working with Apache/MySQL database-driven web applications. Those with more advanced skills writing in Python/Ruby/shell are highly desired.

Requirements:

• Beyond "outside the box" thinker
• Able to provide code samples
• Active participant at work AND in the community
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering
• 5 to 7 years OO PHP4/PHP5
• 1 to 2 years PERL
• 5 to 7 years HTML/JavaScript
• 4 to 5 years MySQL (using stored procedures/clustering/replication)
• Experienced w/Linux flavors (Redhat/ CentOS/ Ubuntu)
• Advanced Programming Knowledge (OOP, UML, Use of Frameworks)
• Experience with MVC
• Experience with Subversion or CVS
• Experience with Apache
• Experience with parallel coding / testing in Scrum environment

Plusses:

• Java/Python/CSS/XML/Action Scripting
• TDD/QA/Bug Tracking Skills
• Prior C# .NET framework/projects
• Advertising agency experience
• Major web/internet/startup experience
