Summary

iContact is seeking an experienced PHP Developer who is skilled at object-oriented design and programming. The ideal candidate will possess the following: prior experience with working on web-based applications; strong team and individual work skills; previous experience with applications using SQL to store/retrieve data from a DBMS; experience finding and fixing bugs; excellent prioritization, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in collaboration with other developers to meet our product cycle updates
  • Introducing new features into existing software
  • Improving the code base and techniques currently being used
  • Taking part in new product development - from planning to development to deployment
  • Taking on challenging development tasks required for upcoming products
  • Assisting in developing an enterprise-scale email software product
  • Ensuring software security, reliability, and scalability
