Summary

Ibuildings is a PHP service company based in the Netherlands and the UK. We do large-scale development projects and various PHP related professional services, such as application audits, implementation/optimization of development methodologies, architecture of web clusters and training.

PHP is our basis and core technology, but we cover the entire stack from operating system to web browser.

All of our offices have enthusiastic teams of PHP professionals working on interesting and challenging projects for a wide range of customers.

What we look for in potential candidates:

  • A solid background in software engineering (oop, ooa/ood, design patterns)
  • Affinity with scripting languages
  • Affinity with open source
  • Affinity with database technology
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and not afraid to explore the unknown
  • Creativity
  • Communication skills

Zend and/or MySQL certifications are preferred, but not required. We do however require new employees to become certified within the first six months (at our expense).
