The PHP Town Hall podcast has posted their most recent episode, Episode #44, where they were live from the Pacific Northwest PHP Conference that happened back in September (2015).

Live from [PNWPHP ‘15](http://pnwphp.com/), Ben and Phil are joined by guests [Ben Marks](https://twitter.com/benmarks), [Yitzchok Willroth](https://twitter.com/coderabbi) and later we are joined by returning guest [Sara Golemon](https://twitter.com/SaraMG) who popped in to talk about HHVM/Hack while Phil played waiter for the rest of the episode.

Ben talks about Magento and some of his conference traveling madness, as does Yitz, who got trapped in a hotel for a whole weekend due to some interesting combination of Jewish holidays and an argument over the interational date line in New Zealand. Phil also tells us all about his NZ speeding ticket, mowing down possums like it’s Carmageddon, and makes a few terrible jokes because he’s scarily sober.

The Three Devs & A Maybe podcast has released their latest episode (#44) - Guess who's back?. Host Lewis Cains rejoins the rest of the crew: Michael Budd, Fraser Hart and Edd Mann.

With Lewis back for this weeks show we have the first full-house in sometime, this sparks conversation on what he has got upto since his last appearance. Discussion starts with Fraser's and Edd's woes when trying to handle responsive email design - and how the relevant testing is somehow more painful than the dreaded 'IE'. We then move on to discuss the latest release of PHPStorm, Swift and how the Clean Coders video series helps to refine our development skills. Finally, we bring up the topic of task managers and how most of the hosts are split between using Trello and Basecamp.

The PHPClasses.org site has posted their latest "Lately in PHP" episode - #44, "The Debate About All PHP Frameworks that Suck".

The video and the article about when Rasmus Lerdorf stated that in his opinion all PHP frameworks suck had great reprecussion. In this podcast the debate about reasons for this opinion continued with Manuel Lemos, Cesar Rodas and Yasir Siddiqui, the winner of PHP Innovation Award edition of 2013.

They also talked about the the Uniter PHP interpreter written in JavaScript, plans to remove the MySQL and IMAP extension in PHP 5.6, whether the next major PHP version should be PHP 6 or PHP 7.
