Rob Allen has pointed out a Q&A PDF that consolidates some of the common issues that people have had on Rob's Zend Framework tutorial.

Common problems include everything from the application not being able to find the Zend Framework libraries out to things specific to the tutorial like classes not being found, exceptions that might be thrown and what to do when Apache isn't configured correctly.
