Interfacing With Your Site:
Websites in Photoshop
Sep 20, 2002 @ 13:00:06

For those out there that try to do graphics as well as the coding (like me), SitePoint has a new article just for you. There are a number of different ways to create Websites. While some may choose to hand draw a concept and then start coding HTML, others may want to take a more graphical approach to the design and layout. This graphical approach is what I'm here to show you.

In Design a Website in Photoshop, the author shows you a good way to create your interface so that it will be easy to port over to a template for later use on your site. Using Photoshop and it's companion software, ImageReady, you can easily chop up a template that you've designed into the key images and make ImageReady do all the work.

No more will you have to measure out the pixels exactly when making a template, just so that it all lines up just right - thanks to SitePoint's newest article.
