All of you Windows users out there can rejoice once more! There's an announcement over on PHP.net about the latest version of the CHM edition of the PHP manual.

There's all sorts of new features added to this new edition such as:

• Extension mechanism to apply your own CSS or your own graphical design
• Manual notes included as separate file
• Color coded examples, with all function names as links, example copy to clipboard
• Integration with popular IDEs

This last one is probably the coolest, with integration with all sorts of IDEs for PHP, including EditPlus (my personal favorite), UltraEdit, and PHPEdit. It allows you to use it as a tool inside the editor without having to have the other application running (in most cases), and makes it interface easier with the IDE. So, what are you waiting for? This is too cool to pass up! (heh) Go get it!
