For those out there that participate in these coding contests that Zend.com and CodeWalkers.com put out, there's a new one posted this morning, so let the coding frenzy begin!

Their contest page details the info that you need to know to participate this time. The challenge: your script will go head to head against other scripts in an attempt to Capture the Flag. The object of the challenge is to reach the competitors "flag" before your competitor reaches yours.

This one has really detailed instructions, more than I'd seen before on this contest. The idea is just to have a console script that reads a text file exported by the opponent to find out their move, make a move accordingly, and try to be the first one to get to the other team's "flag" coordinates.
I'm glad to see these contests getting more and more challenging - PHP is such a great language and one thing that all of us that love it don't want to see is it stagnating and falling by the wayside...
