Right on the heels of the other Zeev Interview we posted the other day, there's another one from a German site where Zeev talks about PHP not becoming a Java clone (English translation). This has a lot to do with how PHP handles objects and the improvements that they are planning to implement in PHP 5. Zeev talks a bit about the comparison between PHP and some of the other languages out there, including .Net, Java Server Pages, and even Perl.
There's nothing amazing here, but it's stil nice to hear from one of the larger voices in the PHP Open Source community again. The more interviews that are out there, the more people can read about it - and the more people read, the more they realize that PHP is what they need. Thanks to PHPEverywhere for the link.
