Over on PHPEverwhere, they posted a link to a weblog written by Rasmus. From the looks of things, Rasmus seems to be starting a web log that he can talk about PHP and some of the things going on in the PHP world these days. It's a bit less formal than most of the interviews that he's given and a little more frank - things like his comments on the patent issues surrounding some of the PHP code and the rumors suggesting that he didn't write any of the latest O'Reilly Programming PHP book.

It's not overly long, but it's also just the first one - I imagine that later postings will be a bit longer and maybe have a bit more of a constant flow to the ideas in it.

His current project sounds interesting, though - a system for HTML presentation (see conf.php.net) that he's been working on for a few years now, but never really had the time to work on fully.
