I'd like to be the first to welcome in a new PHP Developer's Network memeber - PHPAdvisory.com
Here's what the site aims to be: PHPAdvisory.com is devoted to keeping track of the latest security vulnerabilites in PHP scripts along with well written articles focused on web security. We monitor a wide variety of Internet sources for reports of new vulnerabilities. We provide our users with a timely and reliable source for vulnerability notification.
I know that we have bugs.php.net for our PHP bug tracking needs, but, you have to admit, it's not the easiest site to track things down on - and it's only for the actual PHP language. PHPAdvisory.com is more about vulnerabilities in software that's out there (usually that's pretty popular) and what kind of damage that can be done with these bugs. It's a smaller site right now, but we feel that there's so much of a need for something like this, that it won't be long until it's the BugTraq of the PHP world. The PHP community has needed a site like this for a long time, and I'm glad that Derek has stepped up to the plate and come out with this site. I think it'll make a great addition to the PHPDN.
