Well, other than our own redesign, there's really not that much out there this morning, but here's what I could find:

While it's not really PHP-related, it's still something us webmasters have to deal with - the speed of your site. Everyone knows that users out there are impatient - I know I am. I get mad when sites take longer than a few seconds to come up. This article over on SitePoint talks about some ways that you can keep those all important users from leaving your site and heading off to the competition. Most of these suggestions are "classics" that any good web developer knows, but for those out there just getting started, you might want to check this article out.
