Well, the world is once again coming to an end - PHPBuilder.com has a new article posted this morning. I give them a hard time, but at least their articles are all good and useful. This one talks about getting PHP to work side-by-side with Interbase (it's an older relational database that several people are already using). They give you a little bit of an introduction to the software on both sides and even gets into making a database and making the connection between the two. Overall, a nice article and a good read for anyone trying to get a web-based solution for their already existing Interbase database setup.
I know that you all already know that you're more than welcome to help out around here - guru or newbie alike, there's something for everyone. I just wanted to remind you that if you even just want to write up a tutorial on something you're doing, that would be wonderful. If you learned something from your experience, chances are, someone else will too. So, if you'd like to get involved around here (writing, posting news, etc), feel free to email me at enygma@phpdeveloper.org.
