PHP 5.2.0 RC4 Windows build available

Following up on yesterday's release of PHP 5.2.0 RC4 from Ilia, Edin Kadribasic has posted the corresponding Windows builds.

This build is featuring the new installer contributed by John Mertic so testing it before the final release would be appreciated.
