Greg Beaver's Blog:
Chiara_PEAR_Server 0.18.7 released - a must-upgrade!
August 21, 2006 @ 07:44:45

Greg Beaver has posted some important information for all of those using the Chiara_PEAR_Server package - a new release has been made and it's a "must upgrade".

The latest version of Chiara_PEAR_Server, 0.18.7, has been released at pear.chiaraquartet.net. This is a critical bugfix release, as several problems in REST generation have been discovered recently. The PEAR commands list-all, remote-list, and potentially installation are all affected by these changes, and a few database-related issues with indices and other things that have given people trouble have been fixed.

He thanks two people (Brett Bieber and Marek Kuziel) for the great amount of work they did for this release, and talks more about what the Chiara_PEAR_Server package is and what it's being used for.
