This position serves as development lead on Mindjet Global Systems projects and candidates must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
This role will provide hands on development expertise and guidance from initial strategic planning / design through implementation. Produce scalable, clean code that maintains robust application quality and performance as well as data and systems security. Routine performance tests and security audits of the code base as well as unit testing. Assist in implementing and maintaining best practices and processes from a development standpoint.
Work with co-location facilities to maintain application and systems security and guide server configuration and optimization for systems and applications. Conduct research into current and emerging technologies for current and future development projects. Mentor and assist team members to build cross functional skill sets within the global team. Perform technical project management and help define projects based on Business Processes and Business requirements.
