DynamicWebPages.de has this new note today cluing us in to a new service offered by the Mayflower/ThinkPHP crew - a support hotline for businesses.
There are three levels of payment - Basic, Professional, and Gold - each of which includes a certain amount of "support hours" per month (from 2 to 20), with the higher priced plans containing more. The pricing is between 160 Euro/mo up to 2000 Euro/mo.

ThinkPHP, a specialist in German-speaking countries with the LAMP based IT solutions (a part of the Mayflower GmbH), is starting (on November 1st, 2005) a support "Hotline" for businesses. The support will include answers to general PHP questions, database problems, and well as issues surrounding the Enterprise Application Suite that Mayflower offers.
Hmmm, I wonder what it would take to get something like this going here in the US. I know there are tons of companies that would benefit from it...
