We've all come across some sort of online survey that asks a few questions about our interests or our online shopping experience. In this article we're going to walk you through the creation of a similar online survey that you can use on your own web site.

Basically we're going to create a survey of 10 to 12 questions that gather information about the user, as well as their views and opinions.

They show you two ways to get the results - either via an email to a certain address or by storing it in a datbase. In this first part, however, they only show you how to send the email. You'll have to wait for the next part to get the scoop on the database storage...
