Via this new post on DynamicWebPages.de today, there's information about the latest release from the IonCube folks and the release of their "Package Foundry" application, version 3.

The latest version of the ionCube Package Foundary has been released to the public. The IPF provides a method for managing and distributing PHP packages. It also provides the ability to create installers that are platform independant, simplifing their installation (check out the feature overview). The usability of this latest version has been improved as a result of extensive user surveying/testing, so providing packages/programs has never been easier or more intuitive.

The IPF costs $199 USD for one lifetime license, including 12 months free support.
