According to this latest entry on Chris Shiflett's blog, the PHP Quebec Conference is putting out their "Call for Papers".

PHP Quebec's call for speakers is now open: PHP Quebec 2006 will take place in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, at the Plaza Montreal Hotel. The conference will take place between March 29th and 31st 2006.

This year's conference will have three tracks - Professional Development, PHP Advanced Techniques, and Databases. The sessions need to either be in English or French, and must last about an hour. They will all be recorded for redistribution later. The deadline to have them in is Friday, November 4th by 23h59, Montreal Time.
