Wez Furlong has two new posts on his blog today - one concerning the slides from his OSCON presentation, and the other a mention of the unpcoming php|works/web|works conference from the folks over at php|architect.
First, off - the slides:
Here are the slides from my PDO talk (powerpoint).
A bit lax in getting these online; I bought a new HD for my laptop while in portland, so it's been mildly difficult to get at the slides themselves.
His talk was titled "PDO: PHP Data Objects" and talked about this cool new data access layer.
His second post is just a note about his attendance (and participation) to the php|works/web|works conference coming up in September. From the 14-16th in Toronto, there'll be three days of pure PHP from the php|works side, and talks about the latest web technologies in web|works. You can still sign up if you'd like to attend - check out the schedule for the full list of topics!
