A note over on the Atlanta PHP Users Group about the American Open Education Foundation (AOEF) and its search for some technical PHP help.

AOEF is a newly approved public charity established to provide free kindergarten through college education resources to the public on the web, in true open-source fashion. Director Ed Abbott would like to begin learning PHP and MYSQL for their Mambo sites, but he needs some experienced advice immediately for important website-related decisions.
