MySQL, Zend, and eZ Systems announced their 2005 "Enterprise Open Source" Roadshow which will tour through 5 cities in Germany and Austria.

The main focus of the Roadshow lies on the protection of investment in the realm of mission critical Internet applications, solutions, and platforms.

Based on selected references, the Roadshow companies will showcase that Open Source products can be considered by IT decision makers as a serious alternative and supplement for proprietary software systems. Furthermore, eZ systems, Zend, and MySQL will present new product features as well as services which demonstrate that all three companies live up to their total product responsibility strategy.
The Roadshow will include a full day of talks featuring case studies of how Open Source products from the sponsored companies are used in the Enterprise and round-table discussion. The day will end with meetings organized by local PHP Usergroups.
