Tobias Schlitt's Blog:
LinuxTag 2005 Right Around the Corner
Jun 20, 2005 @ 12:29:20

On Tobias Schlitt's weblog today, he has a mention about the LinuxTag even that will start in two days (June 22nd) and his group's attendance there.

As some other community collegues already announced 1 2 3: Linuxtag X will start on upcoming Wednesday.

The PEAR project will be present with an exhibition booth during the whole conference at the LAMP area. [...] I will arrive on Wednesday noon/afternoon, will stay until Saturday evening and give a session on "PEAR and PHP5" on Thursday from 4 to 5 p.m where I will tell you something about the recent steps done in PEAR and what we do in connection to PHP5.

This year's event promises to be a great one for PHP, with tons of PHP-related attendees and speeches - including the LAMP-Day talks such as: "Pragmatic PHP" by Rasmus Lerdorf, "Migrating from PHP 4 to PHP" by Derick Rethans, "PEAR and PHP5" by Tobias Schlitt, and "10 Years Anniversary of PHP and MySQL: A Retrospect" by Rasmus Lerdorf.

I wish I could be there for that last one especially - all of you attending, be sure to take lots of pictures!
