Derick Rethans has this new note over on his blog today about his topic for his speech at the upcoming ApacheCon Eurpoe:

On Thursday 21 and Friday 22 July I will be presenting two talks at ApacheCon Europe. The two subjects I will be presenting on are "What time is it? PHP time handling" about handling Dates and Times with PHP and "PHP: Localization and Internationalization" about Unicode, Internationalization and ICU.
