php|works and php|web Conferences Announced!
Jun 07, 2005 @ 13:12:33

From php|architect:

We're happy to announce php|works 2005 and web|works 2005, our two new fall conferences, which will take place in Toronto, Canada, between September 14 and September 16. php|works is the new edition of last year's successful conference, dedicated to PHP and its related technologies.

web|works is a new sister conference to php|works dedicated to web development; its goal is to complement php|w with a wider range of topics, and to extend our conferences to a broader audience. As with last year, expect a great selection of talks on a wide variety of opics, as well as a few new items: lower prices (and one pass gives you ccess to both conferences!), our new "Bring Your Own Laptop" hands-on tutorials, and much, much more.

We have an "early-early bird" offer active until July 1st, and we are actively soliciting proposals until June 27th. You can find more information about the conference at http://www.phparch.com/phpworks. If you have any questions, please feel free to write us.

To submit your presentation for consideration, be sure to submit it before June 27th. Otherwise, to attend this great conference, head on over and signup today! The conference will be from September 14-16th in Toronto, Canada (at the Holiday Inn Yorkdale Hotel & Conference Centre) - "a three-day conference on Web standards, technologies and development". The cost ranges anywhere from 9 USD for a student pass all the way up to 9 USD for a full regular conference pass. The early-early bird discount takes off about 0 USD for each of the prices, so get over and register before July 1st!
