With more and more tutorials pouring out of their site, DeveloperTutorials has five more new tutorials for all of the PHP developers out there:

  • Track Your Visitors, Using PHP - Although there are some free ones (log analysis tools), most of them come with a price tag. Why not do it yourself? With PHP, you can easily create a log file within minutes. In this article I will show you how!
  • PHP On-The-Fly! - one thing that PHP is lacking, and in fact most scripting languages are, is a way to update pages in real-time, without having to reload a page or submit a form. Read on for how...
  • PHP and Cookies, A Good Mix! - whether you're new to using cookies in PHP or just want to brush up on your skills, this tutorial is for you...
  • Screen Scraping your Way into RSS - If you still want to be able to check those websites in your favourite aggregator, you need to create your own RSS feed for those websites.
  • Mastering Regular Expressions in PHP - What are Regular Expressions? How do I use them? Is there a secret to mastering them? It's all in here...

It's wonderful that they've posted so many tutorials - especially that they're keeping them fresh and up-to-date with the current PHP builds. There are way too many PHP tutorials out there that are still really written for PHP4, and, as a result, people still get confused when others mention "superglobals" or "magic quotes" issues. Keep up the great work DT!
