Marco Tabini's Blog:
Reality Check - What is Marco up to?
May 24, 2005 @ 11:07:14

On Marco Tabini's blog today, he has a bit of a status update on what things are going on with him, php|architect, and just a few things he's been working with in general.

Every now and then, I like to sit down and write a list of all the things I'm doing, marking down deadlines and making sure that all the development lines intersect nicely where they should. That's why mapping the status of my brain is a useful exercise - not just for those around me, but also for my own use: after all, it's good to know that the strategy as I imagine it makes some sense once it's on paper.

Some of the things include: managaing MTA's growth (Marco & Associates, Inc - parent company of php|architect), getting the production schedule of php|architect back under control, finishing preparations for the php|works conferece, more work with the webcasting technologies (employed by the php|symphony series), generating more training resources, more publications, and - keep your eyes out for this one - a new magazine coming from MTA.

It's definitely a good thing that Marco and the whole php|architect crew are busy and doing well - it's a great magazine and both the magazine and the compnay behind it have been a tremendous asset to the PHP community ever since their inception...
