php|architect is happy to announce some updates to their subscription options - a 24-month choice (for the print edition), a 24-month option (for the PDF edition), and their latest subscription method - "pay as you go".

From this new post: We have introduced a six-month subscription and a 24-month subscription option for our print edition, with the goal of providing you with the opportunity to commit for a shorter term or for a longer term than our normal 12-month subscription and still enjoy substantial savings over our cover price. We also introduced a new, 24-month subscription for our PDF edition, with our best price for 2 years of continuous PHP joy!

By far our favourite new option, however, is our month to month subscription for the print edition. It allows to subscribe to the print edition of php|architect and pay for it once a month--and still get it conveniently delivered to your door while saving a bundle over the cover price. Essentially, you get your copy of php|a and pay $6.99, charged to you at the beginning of each month. It's that simple!

Note that the month-to-month option is just for the print edition (I imagine if it catches on, it might spread over to the PDF side), but it's still a great deal for those out there that might want to give a few issues a try. You're saving money using this option versus just purchasing the issues outright, and you can cancel them at any time.
