This week's latest PHPBarnstormer has been released - Issue #37.

Issue #37 tracks all the news this week, from the PHP Conference in Budapest to the issues that matter on the PHP and PEAR mailing lists. There is also some front-page PEAR News in the latest version of PEAR_Server that includes Davey Shafik's neat hack of Greg's PEAR Server front end. From news on the PHP mailing list there is the announcement of a new extension (intended to provide a ResourceBundle class with proper fallback semantics) and Rasmus' humorous PCRE quote.
