PHP Magazine has posted their latest edition of their PHPBarnstormer column - Issue #35.

Issue #35 carries news on the FOSDEM in Belgium, IBM's partnership with Zend Technologies to create a bundle called ZendCore, the Alpha release of PEAR 1.4.0, reasons for the delay in the roll out of PHP 5.0.4RC and PHP 5.1, problems with PHP4.3.6, that the QA team pulled an NET_FTP release, the release of the Services_Trackback code, that PDO development is in full swing, and much more. Proposals hae been made for an Image_XBM, and Services_Technocrati packages. There is also a list of the latest PEAR and PECL releases.

Some of the PEAR/PECL releases included this week include: File-1.1.0 (stable), Net_FTP-1.3.0 (stable), PEAR-1.4.0a1 (alpha), ssh2-0.7 (beta), and pecl_http-0.5.1 (alpha).
