Issue #34 carries news that the release date for PHP 5.1 has been set to March 1st and that PHP 5.0.4 and PHP 4.3.11 will also be rolled out in the near future. Among other things, it includes a link to a cross referenced version of PHP/ZE/PECL code, a note regarding the discussion on bundling a "blessed version" of libxml2 with PHP itself, that the PHP Group has asked both IronPHP and Hardened-PHP to change their name, that support for register_globals will not be dropped in the near future, that instructions have been posted for how to build PDO on OS X. In PEAR, proposals has been made for an Image_Isometric, Image_Driver, Pear_Delegator and Math_Derivative packages. There is also a list of the latest PEAR and PECL releases. Read Issue #34.
