The latest edition of PHP Magazine's PHPBarnstormer has been released - Issue #23.

The latest Issue of Barnstormer carries news that a big step was made towards PHP 5.1 when Wez, Georg, Andi, George, Marcus, Coogle, Ilia, Daniel, Lucas and others met in a virtual meeting to discuss the future of PDO and what needs to be done before its release with PHP 5.1.
