PHPGeek.com is proud to bring you another highly inappropriate use of PHP. PHUI is a PHP HTA User Interface toolkit. It fills a similar niche to PHP-GTK, but uses HTML as the user interface rather than GTK widgets. [...] The GUI itself is defined in HTA files. HTA's are Microsoft's HTML Applications. They are normal HTML and Javascript, but are "outside" the browser.
