The latest edition of the PHP Magazine weekly summary - the PHPBarnstormer (Issue #16) has been released.

Included this week: the latest PHP releases -- the third and possibly last RC of PHP 4.3.9, and the first release candidate of PHP 5.0.2 that was rolled out for testing, in preparation for the PHP 5.0.2 release as well as [...] exxtensive discussions that happend on the PHP, PEAR, and PECL mailing lists, in a small and digestable capsule.

Then of course, there is a roundup of the latest PEAR and PECL releases. The package in focus this week is "Config", that parses (what else?) configuration files. It is simple to use, provides a standard interface for reading from several different formats, including a PHP Array, XML file, and Windows INI file, and comes with excellent documentation.
