They step you through just the details, diving right in with "Open a terminal window...". They move on to the creation of the user database, and follow it with the actual configuration of PHPMyAdmin on the same server.

Setting up PHPMyAdmin is a little tricky for a multi-user environment, but with a few simple guiding hints, setting it up should be a snap.
