In a quick note from Dynamically Typed today, it talks about the updates made to the PEAR::Calendar in its latest release.

Updated PEAR::Calendar today with v0.52, mainly containing Lorenzo's hard work (many thanks!). Reminded again how important it is to have a decent PHP unit test framework (plus writing tests in the first place) - would be more or less impossible to maintain PEAR::Calendar without it.

He continues on to talk about some of the issues that the package still needs to overcome/add to be all it can be, but overall, things are looking positive...
