The Voices of the ElePHPant podcast has posted their latest episode, another interview with a member of the PHP community. In this latest episode host Cal Evans talks with Adam Culp, an organizer of the South Florida PHP Users Group and the Sunshine PHP Conference.

They start off talking about user groups and the two Adam organizes and why he organizes them. Adam talk about the origins of the groups and how they ended up in Miami. They also mention other user groups doing something similar, spawning off secondary groups. They also talk about Sunshine PHP, his motivation behind starting it and how he got it going. He talks about some of his goals for the conference and the themes he has for each event.
