Back with his latest update from the International PHP Conference, Filip de Waard has posted his second update covering Day 2.

He mentions some of the speakers/speeched that have happened already, including ones from Zeev Suraski, Ilia Alshanetsky, John Coggeshall, and many more.

I met a lot of interesting people today [...]. At a gathering like this you realize just how many people are involved with PHP, either commercially or just for the fun of it (or both in many cases). The PHP Magazine guys did a great job by organizing this conference, because it's a great way for the PHP community from all over the world to get together and talk about their favorite language.

Too true...it's always a good thing to go, be able to put a face with that name, and actually get to hang out with peers in the PHP community...
