In a note from php|architect this morning:
The April issue of php|architect is available for download from our website. In our cover article, author John Coggeshall tackles a very important topic that most developers hate to deal with--the internationalization of websites. Meanwhile, George Schlossnagle continues his regular expressions series with part two, which deals with lots of advanced regex topics, like writing well-documented expressions (I know, it sounds almost impossible--but it's surprisingly easy to do!), assertions and conditional expressions.
Also in this month's issue, Alessandro Sfondrini gives us a great article on creating a web service, both using plain PHP and by taking advantage of the NuSOAP library, while Ilia Alshanetsky shows us all the techniques we need to know in order to virtually eliminate those dreaded 404 errors--and even turn them to our advantage. Finally, Marco Tabini tries his hand at writing again, with an article (a great one, if I may say so myself) about interpreting and understanding the structure of PDF files with the goal of modifying them.
So, whether you're a subscriber, or just looking for a quality PHP publication, check out this month's issue (including the sample article - Four Oh Four).
