In a very special quick note off of the php-dev mailing list, there's quite a buzz about the rollout of PHP 5.0.0RC2RC1.

In a note on the php-dev list, Andi Gutmans announced the roll out of PHP 5.0.0RC2RC1. Some of the changes in this release include a reimplementation of the Zend Engine compatibility mode (for better PHP 4 compliance), changes in the language parser, HTTP file uploads, the SQLite extension (to use studlyCaps convention in its OO API), and many more.
