While most "get you up and running fast" articles do well to get your LAMP software installed and running, this new article from PHPBuilder.com takes things a step further.
On of the major hassles that I see people having is installing SSL along with the LAMP software (or LAMPS), and not only does this new piece help, it takes it a step further with the installation of Navicat (a MySQL GUI). He starts off with a few introductions, telling you what Linux, PHP, Apache, MySQL, and Navicat are all for. From there, he dives right in, showing how to install a MySQL server, using Navicat to administrate it, as well as the Apache/PHP combination.
One issue I noticed, however, is that despite this article's claim to include SSL in the setup, I can't seem to find that piece anywhere. And, as that was one of the key things that this article was meant to show, I can't particularly recommend thie piece...
