Chris Shiflett and PHP at OSCON
Mar 05, 2004 @ 13:17:55

In a new posting on Chris Shiflett's weblog this morning, there's a special note about what kind of presence he and PHP will have at this year's O'Reilly Open Source Convention.

I will be giving three talks at OSCON this year: two sessions and a tutorial. They're all focused on PHP security in one way or another, and I'm very happy that O'Reilly is giving this topic so much attention.

His sessions include:

  • Securing PHP Sessions
  • Foiling Cross-Site Attacks
  • PHP Security

The first two items are pretty well set in stone as far as the information to be presented, but the "PHP Security" is still a work in progress. Still, it sounds like PHP is going to be going stronger than ever at this year's OSCON and it feels good to grow...
