If you're wondering why you haven't seen new tutorials over on PHPComplete.com lately, there's a new posting that just might answer your question.

For those of you curious to know if I am doing any tutorials, I am. Except, I am putting them into a wiki. Makes it easier for me to add content, and cross reference things. Also allows other people to help out of they want. You can find the Wiki at http://wiki.devnetwork.net.

In the PHPDN Wiki has tutorials, resources, and even a listing of other websites that can help anyone track down the content they're looking for quickly and easily.

It's good that there's now a resource out there that the community can come to, add content on their own, and find the content they are looking for - of course, the downside is that, if not watched, it could quickly devolve into a boring, useless series of pages (unfortunately)...
