In a quick note from PHP.net this morning:

PHP 4.3.5RC3 has been released for testing. This will be the last release candidate prior to the final release, so please test it as much as possible. List of changes can be found in the NEWS file.

It seems like a pretty good size list of bugs that they fixed, but that's just one step closer to the PHP 4.3.5 final! So, go out there and get this latest release candidate and get testing!
