New from Zend this morning is the first PHP Weekly Summary for the new year.

There are several new items mentioned this week. Of special note is the feature freeze reminder for PHP5 stating that no new features will be added ot PHP5 until its release - bug fixes are fine however. There is also a mention of the change in the include/require error reporting - it now will output two errors instead of just one. Also, a note about the Windows build build of PHP - a system file might need to be recompiled if you use this distro (the bindlib_w32 library) along with the need for a special patch to get it to work in Visual Studio 2003
