In a quick note this morning pointed out to us by Harry Fuecks, he noticed a little something about a very important site currently in the UK.

The most topical website in the United Kingdom right now is the Labour Governments "Big Conversation" site: http://www.bigconversation.org.uk/index.php - a site "to engage the British public in shaping Labour Party policy going into the next election"

The Register has a story covering the site: http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/7/34280.html, currently subject to some press controversy. Politics aside, it's PHP 4.3.2 running with Apache 1.3.27 / Solaris. And it looks like the Labour party runs their own site (http://www.labour.org.uk) on a similar configuration (PHP 4.3.2 again).
