Recapping the past week in the world of PHP, Zend has their latest PHP weekly summary posted.
One of the major happenings last week was the introduction of a new PHP extension that would allow for seamless integration between PHP and a lightweight Lisp implementation. Even Data types between the library and PHP itself are converted transparently.
Also mentioned this past week were a few other interesting items, including: a fix for SimpleXML's schema support, a new "Apache Scoreboard" function, a few issues with the "version_compare" function, and some problems that have been found with the comparison of objects in PHP.
