Zend:
Covering the Past, Today
Aug 25, 2003 @ 12:11:25

To start things off the right way this week, Zend has this week's latest PHP Weekly Summary for the past week of August 18th-24th.

In this week's edition they talk about a new extension for the iCal folks out there, one that would make reading vCalendar files a snap. There's also mention of a "setrawcookie()" function that has been added for setting a cookie with data that has already been escaped. There are a few other smaller items, including an OS X 10.3 compile failure that was occurring in Jaguar, a bug that was found (and fixed) in the gmmktime() function, as well as fixes to the Informix extension.

And, of course, one of the largest announcements this past weel was the release of PHP 4.3.3 RC4, hopefully the last edition before the final PHP 4.3.3 is released.
