Well, for those that have been around here for a while (and I really mean a while), you know that each year about this time, something special happens. This year is no exception - today is the third anniversary of the birth of PHPDeveloper.org!
Ever since way back in the middle of 2000, this site has been here to provide you, the PHP public, with the news and updates that you so direly needed. Everything from new PHP releases, to coding standards, to the value of books has been discussed here - and we appreciate every minute of it. After all, what good would a community site be without the loyal people of the 'net out there banding together to provide comments and be there for us. You've all seen us through some tougher times, and we've come out relatively unscathed - and we thank you. Thank you all for all of your support over the years, and thank you all for helping to make this site get better and better.
Also, on a side note, today is my birthday as well. Starting to feel a little ancient, but not too bad yet. So, if you'd like to show your appreciation or even just send off a little something my way, I wouldn't mind it one bit.
Again - thank you all. You are the reason that we've made it this far, and we thank you and appreciate you all...
